Magic City is proud to have stood in the same building since 1985. City regulations restrict us from expanding in size or relocating our famous establishment. Due to these regulations we strongly enforce the following:

– 24hr in advance booking. CALL 404-584-5847 FOR SAME DAY RESERVATIONS | IF A DATE IS UNAVAILABLE, THAT SECTION IS ALREADY RESERVED.

– POPULAR HOLIDAYS AND EVENT WEEKENDS WILL SOMETIME HAVE A HIGHER COST DUE TO DEMAND. THAT INCREASE IS USUALLY $175 AND WILL APPLY TO THE ADDITIONAL BOTTLE THAT IS REQUIRED THAT NIGHT.

– Reservations are recommended but not required. Proper attire and age requirement of 21 is always required at our establishment.

– 4 person max to a single vip table, although 4 chairs are not guaranteed.

– Reservations expire at 1am. If your party has not arrived by 1am, you risk the sale of your reservation as well as forfeit the administration fee ($100 Minimum) . Magic City is not required to provide you with notice of the loss of your reservation after 1am.

– No outside beverages, food or decoration. Custom request can be added in the “Special Request” box when booking, or via email info@magiccity.com

– To notify us of any changes or cancellations. Please email info@magiccity.com or call us at (404) 584-5847 by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled reservation.  To cancel a Monday appointment, please email info@magiccity.com or call our office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged a %10 cancellation fee for the missed reservation.

– VIP tables sit 2 individuals. Magic City is more than happy to provide additional chairs when guest capacity allows it. Unfortunately Monday, Friday, Saturday and Event nights are NOT nights that we are able to make seat adjustments. We recommend that you reserve sections or tables in direct correlation to your head count.

– For your convenience wait staff gratuity is included in your reservation fee. Should you wish to increase this amount based on your service satisfaction, please do so at the end of your Magic City experience. Your waitress will be assigned to you at the conclusion of this reservation process. Should you wish to request a specific waitress, please do so by adding her name in the “Notes” section or by calling our front office M-F 10am-5pm at 404 584 5847

– In order to receive your reservation you must bring with you:
-Your government-issued photo ID and credit card used for this purchase.
-Your order number

– Magic City reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
